A densely packed, 'bullet' of electrons is magnetically propelled along focused beams of LAS medium. This medium excites the electrons until they are at a very high energy level, converting some to photons as a by product. On contact the energy is transfered to the target causing damage, especially to objects susceptible to electromagnetic interference.
